Men's Skull Bracelet Styles and How to Pick One

If you’re a fan of biker jewelry, you probably already have your eye on ring or necklace to add to your collection. But what about a bracelet? A wrist is a noticeable part of your body so you can’t let it be barren. If you don’t rock a watch, an unadorned hand will look incomplete, especially in contrast with your ringed fingers or necklaced chest. You have to fix this zero-bracelet situation asap if you want your look to be harmonious and cohesive. Here are my top ideas on skull bracelets to elevate your biker-inspired appearance.

Before you set out to a store, you should probably decide how you are going to wear your bracelet and how to combine it with other jewelry pieces you rock. I have some piece of advice for you:

- Which wrist to wear a bracelet on?
There is no right answer to this question. Modern fashion is quite lenient so strict rules simply do not exist. Every person can choose the hand to wear an accessory on out of his or her personal preferences and convenience. As a rule, right-handed people put a bracelet on the right hand reserving the left one for a watch. Lefties normally do it the other way around.

- How to team bracelets with a watch?
Traditionally, stylists recommend wearing a watch and wrist jewelry on different hands. If you are going to follow this advice, you should still properly match accessories in style and color. A bracelet should be in harmony with a watch even if they rest on different wrists.

Recently, we have been seeing a massive trend of rocking a bracelet together with a watch on the same hand. If you put a lot of care in this ensemble, then why not shift the focus of attention to your best wrist?

If you decide to fully accessorize one of your hands, keep in mind that jewelry should be placed above a watch, not bellow. In addition, both accessories should move freely along the wrist without pinching the skin.

- How many bracelets can you wear at the same time?
There are no restrictions on the number of bracelets you can stack. The main thing is to know where to draw the line. Plus, you should learn to combine wrist jewelry pieces tastefully. Don’t forget that they must complement each other in style, color, and texture. Neat and thin bracelets go well with a watch whereas wide and rugged ones will look tasteless.

- Are there watches incompatible with bracelets?
Bracelets don’t fit with classic watches by luxurious brands. Extravagant watches can only be worn as a solo accessory.

- What wrist accessories to choose?
It all depends on your personal preference and occasion. If you intend to wear your skull bracelet every day, you can go for literally any model but try to keep a reasonable size. For work, business meetings, and any other formal situation a discreet silver bracelet won’t raise any eyebrows.

Skull Bracelet Styles
Now finally we got to the most interesting part – styles of men’s bracelets. Right off the bat, the most loved design is chain bracelets. Bikers wouldn’t be bikers if they didn’t add a touch of pizzas to traditional bracelets. Among massive links, you may see intricately carved skulls. If you don’t want to draw too much attention to your wrist, instead of a full-skull piece, you can opt for a simplistic model with a skull-adorned clasp. Thus, you can kill two birds with one stone – rock a sought-after skull bracelet and have it toned-down for work ambiance or everyday wear.

A leather bracelet is a worthy alternative to full-metal counterparts. If you want to emphasize your biker spirit, go for a wide leather bracelet featuring dark colors. More often than not such models will carry extra details such as studs, spikes, metal plates, or stone inlays. While wide bracelets look organic with trendy and casual outfits, they are a no-go for formal suits.

If such a design doesn’t match your personal style, there are thin leather bracelets available as well. Normally, they are made of a few narrow strips of leather weaved together like a braid. For the best effect, you can rock several thin leather bracelets at once; otherwise, a single item may just fail to draw in the interest you hope for. More intricate options feature silver accents (a clasp, silver beads, pendants, etc.) that look beneficial against a dark leather background.

If you are seeking something more eye-catching than metal and leather pieces, jewelry brands supply intriguing beaded bracelets. They are masculine and spiritual at the same time due to similarity with a rosary. The coolest model I’ve ever seen features large onyx beads with lustrous black finishing along with a dash of silver accents.
