NEW YORK, NY.- Lark Mason Associates will offer a diverse selection of works of art, paintings, furniture, textiles, metalwork, and ceramics from the Byzantine period through the early 20th century. The exhibitions can be seen at two locations: 210 West Mill Street in New Braunfels,Texas and in New York at 227 East 120th Street.

Consigned by prominent American collectors, highlights include a Dutch School oil on canvas of the Flight from Egypt, estimated at $20,000-40,000; a Rare and Large Byzantine Bronze Cross estimated at $20,000-30,000; an Amsterdam Inlaid Ebony and Rosewood Cabinet on Stand, 17th century, estimated at $15,000-25,000; a large group of textiles including several Flemish tapestries and tapestry fragments and ecclesiastical textiles.
Other highlights are an elaborate George III Silver Gilt Tray, London, 1806; a set of Four George III Silver Gilt Wine Coasters, Sheffield; a fine Inlaid Fruitwood Swiss Rococo Secretaire Bookcase, circa 1760; South German and other Baroque walnut and ebony furniture; and numerous accessories.
The sale exhibition in New York City is open through November 1 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (closed Sunday). The New Braunfels, Texas exhibition, at 210 West Mill Street runs November 6 through 14, from 10 a.m. - 4p.m. (closed Sunday). The Texas gallery space is in a recently restored 1850s German farmhouse.
