The MACM Art Auction, with the celebrated auctioneer I間or de Saint Hippolyte once again at the helm, is a rare opportunity to acquire remarkable works of art selected by a committee of experts. It will include exceptional pieces by more than 80 artists, both new and well established, from Qu閎ec, Canada and abroad. Raymonde April, winner of the 2003 Prix Borduas, Dominique Blain, Carole Bernier, Sylvain Bouthillette, Alexander Calder, Melvin Charney, Ren� Derouin, Jacques Hurtubise, Suzelle Levasseur, Mario Merola, Alfred Pellan, Anne and Patrick Poirier, Jean-Paul Riopelle, Marc S間uin, Francine Simonin, Michael Snow, Claude Tousignant and Irene F. Whittome are among the leading names featured. The purpose of the event is to raise funds that will be used to expand and enrich the MACM collection, which already contains 6,000 works.

The public is invited to take part in this fruitful, emotion-packed adventure and, at the same time, in the museum抯 growth and vitality by bidding generously.
