LONDON, UK.- For the second year in a row, a National Gallery digital media project has been nominated for a prestigious BAFTA Interactive award. ArtStart, a new touch-screen multimedia resource that aims to help make the collection accessible to all, is one of five finalists in the Design category. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in March 2005.
ArtStart is the result of a collaboration between the National Gallery and NYKRIS Digital Design Limited and will open to the public early in 2005. Watch this space for further announcements.
ArtStart has been made possible with the generous support of the American Express Foundation.
