| Lawsons Welcome New Manager for 2005 |

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA.- Lawsons will welcome a new manager as of 2005 as current Manager Martin Farrah takes the helm over at Lawson Menzies after a sucessful three year reign at Lawsons. Brian Hickey will officially commence the role of Annandale manager at Lawsons in 2005. Brian's background incorporates an impressive business repertoire in corporate consultancy with companies such as Century 21 & Elders.
Brian Hickey joins the company at an exciting time as business for Menzies group has never been better. The merging of Lawson~Menzies art department with Deutsche~Menzies has been a strategic & successful one as the 130 year old company goes from strength to strength.
