MONTERREY, MEXICO.- The governor of Nuevo Leon Natividad González Parás announced that Mexican architect Pedro Ramirez Vazquez has been chosen as the general counselor of the Forum Monterrey 2007. He also announced that the three tenors, Placido Domingo, José Carreras, and Luciano Pavarotti will hold a concert in June to start the promotion for this event. The governor also stated that the organizing committee will be set up in February and March and it will begin to operate in April.
