The coolest works of art in Las Vegas, the world's gambling central.

Las Vegas is home to some of the wealthiest people alive. Among those are celebrities, high class businessmen, world renowned artists and more. Vegas is very well known for its divine architecture with very artistic vision. Some art pieces in vegas are so beautiful that they have become a part of the heart and soul of the city, visited and appreciated by millions of tourists and locals. Some might say that Vegas is also the most artistic city in America. Vegas has a vast variety of artistic pieces, both modern and traditional!

The Seven Magic Mountains

The seven magic mountains may look like some ordinary towers made of colourded rocks, similar to those made from pebbles at the beach, however, don’t let them fool you, as looks can be deceiving.. These rock towers are made from boulders that weigh tonnes. This beautiful work of art was created by renowned artist Ugo Rondinone, from Switzerland and was opened to the public in May 2016. It was a very unique piece of art which shows the beauty of combining natural and man-made structures.

The Las Vegas Cosmopolitan’s fine art collection.

The Cosmopolitan is a MUST-SEE for visitors in Las Vegas. It’s not only one of the world’s most luxurious hotels ever, with over 3,000 hotel rooms! It also comprises 300,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, a 40,000 square foot spa & gym, and a theater with just about 3,200 seats! And let us not forget the gorgeous art gallery, which is something more than impressive. It features a wide mix of different style art works. Last but not least, the Cosmopolitan also features a 110,000 square foot casino! But if you can’t make it to the cosmo to play some cool casino games, you can always try it out at home here.

The Art at the Wynn (Smiling King Bear)

The Wynn Palace is another massive luxury hotel in the heart of vegas, full of all kinds of wacky artistic visions and interesting works. Amongst a wide variety of sculptures and paintings, one can find the smiling king bear, which stands out for some reason over he other pieces of art. The whimsical bear, standing at 16 feet tall, bears a spiked crown, **pun intended,** and carries a similarly large smiley sphere. A colorful geometric marvel, built out of aluminum, fibreglass and highly pigmented synthetic enamel, it is designed in the iconic prismatic style of the world renowned artist Okuda San Miguel.

Las Vegas truly is a city full of artistic vision and wonder. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. There is so much more to see in Las Vegas. It’s almost never-ending. The artwork really needs to be seen in person to be appreciated, as it really shows what hard work and devotion, and most of all passion make you capable of achieving.
