NEW YORK.-The Old Master Paintings auction at Christie’s was a great success. 130 lots were sold for $16,823,000.

Nicholas Hall, International Director, and Anthony Crichton-Stuart, Head of Old Master Paintings Department, New York stated: “We are absolutely delighted with the result of today’s sale and the continuing strength of the Old Master Paintings market at Christie’s.
