National Academy Names Rebecca Allan New Curator



NEW YORK.- The National Academy Museum welcomes Rebecca Allan as new Curator of Education. Formerly a museum educator at the Seattle Art Museum, Rebecca comes to the Academy from the Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle where she was interim chair of the Design Department, and an instructor in art history.

In her short term at the National Academy Museum, Rebecca has already initiated several innovative programs and has exciting plans for the future. Ms. Allan received an MFA in painting from Kent State University.
