Hermès Exceptional Collection 30cm Shiny Black Porosus Crocodile Diamond Birkin with 18k White Gold & Diamond Hardware.

DALLAS, TX.- In the Exceptional Collection by Hermès, where luxury handbags meet fine jewelry, diamonds are a bag’s best friend. And in Heritage Auctions’ Dec. 5 Luxury Accessories Signature® Auction, several diamond-studded stunners from the highly coveted collection will become some discerning collectors’ new best friends.

Among the bejeweled creations is an Hermès Exceptional Collection 25cm Matte White Himalaya Niloticus Crocodile Birkin with 18k white gold hardware delicately set with 4.05 carats of brilliant diamonds. “The Hermès Diamond Himalaya Birkin is a true masterpiece and the epitome of luxury,” says Diane D’Amato, Heritage’s Director of Luxury Accessories, Private Sales & The Boutique. “It’s not just a bag, but a dazzling work of art.” Crafted from Niloticus Crocodile, a rare and exquisite material, the hand-dyed ombré bag draws inspiration from the snow-dusted peaks of the Himalayas, with a coloring process so detailed that it ensures each Himalaya Birkin is truly one of a kind.

Another exceptional find from the Exceptional Collection is the 30cm Shiny Black Porosus Crocodile Diamond Birkin. With its 18k white gold hardware and 10.67 carats of sparkling pavé-set diamonds, the classic black bag blends elegance with exclusivity. Other diamond-adorned standouts from Hermès’ Exceptional Collection include a Rubis Veau Doblis Suede Diamond Kelly Pochette in a holiday-ready deep-red hue and a Shiny Violet Niloticus Crocodile Diamond Kelly Pochette, both of which boast 18k white gold hardware. The auction also features an Hermès Exceptional Collection Shiny Black Alligator Bearn Wallet with 18k white gold hardware and 16 diamonds.

The auction’s exceptional selection continues with its assortment of on-trend Hermès Mini Kellys. Small in size but big on style, the compact creations have been dominating the runways and the auction block. Among the sought-after offerings in Heritage’s December auction is a 20cm Doré Chevre Chamkilight Leather Mini Kelly, a shimmering gold-toned piece reintroduced by Hermès to celebrate the 2024 Olympics. Other petite beauties include the rare-to-market 20cm Shiny Black Alligator Mini Kelly, the subtly stunning 20cm Matte Beton Alligator Mini Kelly and the pretty-in-pink 20cm Mauve Sylvestre Epsom Leather Mini Kelly.

As with any Luxury Accessories auction at Heritage, the December 5 sale teems with Hermès bags in a rainbow of colors, from neutral to neon and everything in between. But as if on cue for the holiday season, this auction boasts a bevy of rare bags in various shades of green. With its nearly chartreuse hue, the tiny-but-mighty Hermès 25cm Vert Anis Niloticus Lizard Kelly Sellier Bag is one of the most eye-catching of the bunch. Equally gorgeous is the jewel-toned 30cm Shiny Vert Emerald Niloticus Crocodile Birkin, the bright-green Shiny Vert Jade Niloticus Crocodile Kelly Cut Clutch and the 35cm Shiny Cactus Porosus Crocodile Birkin. The latter features two Hermès Maillons silk twillys wrapped around the top handles, adding an extra touch of sophistication and the perfect complement to the bag’s gold hardware. Those in the market for just a pop of green, however, might fancy the chalk-colored 35cm Craie Clemence Leather Birkin. In addition to palladium hardware and twilly-wrapped handles, the bag includes a Verone, Gold and Celeste Milo Leather Rodeo PM charm.

Among the auction’s other highlights is an Hermès Limited Edition 30cm Cuivre, Nata, Bleu Brume & Chai Swift Leather Colormatic Birkin. With its zip front pocket and back slip pocket, the multicolor bag offers luxury and convenience in one imaginative package. Other standouts include the Hermès 35cm Fauve Barenia Leather & Osier Wicker Kelly Picnic Bag and two winter-ready shearling-accented bags: the Hermès Sable Doblis Suede & Shearling Teddy Kelly Muff and the Hermès Limited Edition 35cm Gold Veau Doblis Suede, Ébène Barenia Leather & Shearling Teddy Kelly Retourne Bag.
