A Fendi Baguette previously from The Collection of Elizabeth Taylor, a Red, White & Black Embellished Canvas Floral Print Baguette with Silver Hardware, circa 2000 sold for $21,590, more than seven times its low estimate of $3,000 setting a new world record price for a Fendi Baguette bag sold at auction.
The top lot of the sale was A Rare Matte White Himalaya Niloticus Crocodile Birkin 30 with Palladium Hardware, 2016, which sold for $120,650. It was followed by A Limited Edition Chocolate Evergrain Leather Anate Sellier Birkin 35 with Gold Hardware, 2023, which realized $76,200.
Several Hermès pieces performed exceptionally well, surpassing their estimates. Highlights included A Limited Edition Black Calf Box Leather & Toile Kelly Lakis 28 with Palladium Hardware, 2007, sold for $57,150, setting a new world record price for the model. A Limited Edition Metallic Doré Chamkilight Chèvre Leather Mini Kelly 20 II with Permabrass Hardware, 2026, which sold for $60,960, doubling its low estimate, and A Jaune Citron Boreal Satine Ostrich Birkin 25 with Palladium Hardware, 2022, which achieved $44,450.
Chanel also saw strong results, underscoring continued demand for pieces from the Karl Lagerfeld era. A Rare Runway Feminist Protest Graffiti Canvas Briefcase with Gunmetal Hardware, Spring 2015, sold for $30,480 against a low estimate of $8,000, while a Runway Feminist Protest Graffiti Canvas Messenger Bag with Distressed Silver Hardware, Spring 2015, achieved $25,400, also far exceeding its low estimate.
