DORAL, FL.- 25 artists from Cuba, Spain, United Kingdom, Brazil, Germany, United States, Croatia, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Korea, Colombia and Chile will participate at the "5o. Salon de Mayo" (5th. May International Show) organized by the Museum of the Americas in the City of Doral, Florida.

Various styles are the characteristics of the participants who use different media: oil, mixed media, sculpture, textile art, photography, digital art, etc. Some of the participants have been contacted and selected at "Artexpo New York" the major art fair celebrated last March.

The "Salon de Mayo" remind the old great show in Paris in times of Pablo Picasso and other members of the School of Paris. The show will open with a cocktail party on Friday, May 11 from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM ending on Saturday, June 2. Admission and parking are free all the time.

Museum hours are Tuesday through Friday, 11-5 and Saturdays, 11-4. The non profit organization moved to the City of Doral one year ago when the building in Little Havana was sold to a developer. The current location of the institution is at 2500 NW 79th Avenue, Suite #104, Doral, FL 33122.
