| Live Drawing Session by Fumiko Amano |

LOS ANGELES, CA.- Fumiko Amano will hold a live drawing session in collaboration with pianist Motoko Honda. Motoko Honda recently performed improvisational music in collaboration with acclaimed trumpeter Wadada Leo Smith and butoh dancer Oguri. She has performed at REDCAT/MOCA at Disney Hall, Creative Music Festival, Line Space Line Festival, EarJam Festival, Dangerous Curve, Cafe Metropol, and Barnsdall Art Gallery Theatre.
Fumiko Amano is a visual artist who incorporates sound, poetry, and dreams into her canvases. Amano will be conducting the live session with her basic drawing kit (graphite, crayon, beeswax, origami, ink) and a sewing machine.
