The collection, built over 20 years, features Southeast artists such as Ben Berns, Neal "Gregory" McGaha, Jeanne Sauls, Ann Jackson, Lee White and Jim Dodd.

The liquidation sale is expected to generate $350,000 to $400,000 on a collection valued at between $700,000 to $800,000.
