EDINBURGH.- Part of the Edinburgh Art Festival and Edinburgh Festival Fringe, this is the world premiere of an exhibition of new dynamic screenprints by Chad McCail, who is one of the UK’s leading international contemporary artists based in Scotland.

Commissioned and published by Edinburgh Printmakers, these screenprints and other limited edition and original works, reflect the history and mechanics of compulsory education and explore the way society deals with puberty as a culture.

An essay will accompany this exhibition written by Daniel Herrmann, Curator of the Paolozzi Collection at the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art.
