Protester Vandalizes “Body Worlds” Exhibition |
LONDON, ENGLAND.- A work at the "Body Worlds" exhibition was vandalized by a visitor. Martin Wynness poured paint on the floor and threw a blanket over a work portraying a baby in the womb. The exhibition is taking place at the Atlantis Gallery and was organized by Gunther von Hagens. The protester stated that the exhibition was nothing more than a "freak show". The exhibition presents around 30 corpses that have been flayed and then displayed in a variety of bizarre poses that have left some critics distinctly unimpressed. Wynness stated, "It's like a freak show in there. It's not scientific, it's horrendous."
