NEW YORK, NY.- A Park Avenue Interior by Mark Hampton realized $1,595,988/£973,163/€1,093,142 and was sold 94% by lot and 91% by value at Christie's New York. The top lot was An Italian bronze ecorche model of a pacing horse, possibly attributed to Luigi Valadier, realizing $98,500/£60,061/€67,465.

500 Years: Decorative Arts Europe Including Oriental Carpets realized $5,519,775/£3,365,716/€3,780,668 and was sold 70% by lot and 78% by value. The top lot was a fine pair of Napoleon III ormolu-mounted cut-brass, red tortoiseshell-inlaid and ebony 'boulle' commodes, which realized $458,500/£279,573/€314,041.
