NEW YORK, NY.- LiveAuctioneers, the premier live-auction marketplace connecting buyers and sellers worldwide, today announced the appointment of Olga Bartnicki to the position of chief revenue officer.
Bartnicki is an entrepreneur with a solid track record in business operations, finance and technology. She has been a part of early-stage management teams at a number of start-ups, including LiveLOOK, a live-help company; MusicICON, an online music company; and SafeScript, an e-prescription business. In addition, Olga has advised on launch and growth strategy to several start-ups including BlueFin, LiveGamer, Bedrocket, Democracy and GuideVest.
Bartnicki served as an associate, and later, vice president at Allen & Company, a media and entertainment investment bank, where she executed mergers and acquisitions, and performed due diligence on venture investments.
Prior to her tenure with Allen & Company, Bartnicki served as new business development manager for Modern Times Group (MTG), a major European media and entertainment conglomerate with the second-largest geographical broadcast footprint in Europe. At MTG, Barnicki launched new ventures in emerging markets.
Bartnickis educational background includes earning a Master of Science degree in telecommunication from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
