HUDSON, NY.- Christine Kane recently joined the staff of
The Olana Partnership as Vice President for Development. She is responsible for the planning and implementation of all fundraising, marketing and outreach efforts for TOP, the non-profit partner of New York States Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation.
Sean Sawyer, the Washburn & Susan Oberwager President of TOP, said: I am thrilled to welcome Christine Kane as a senior member of our team at Olana. She brings a passion for our educational and environmental work and a depth of knowledge and experience in the region.
Before joining TOP, Kane most recently served as Director of the Office of Institutional Advancement at Dutchess Community College and Executive Director of the DCC Foundation. Immediately prior to that she served as Vice President at Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley.
Kane holds a B.S. in Forestry from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry and will receive an M.S. in Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy from Bay Path University this fall. She holds the CFRE (Certified Fundraising Executive) credential - the only internationally recognized, professional credential for fundraising professionals - and has raised millions of dollars for education, environmental issues, social services and religious congregations throughout the Hudson Valley during the course of her career.

Churchs home and landscape allows me to bring my love of those subjects together with my passion for fundraising.
