INDIANAPOLIS- The IMA announces the appointment of Rhonda Winter to the newly created position of director of information services and technology. Rhonda is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the IMA’s technology initiatives, including the institution’s systems infrastructure, mission-based technology activities and the Web site, www.ima-art.org.
Winter comes to the IMA from the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) where she served as managing director, technology and information services. Prior positions include vice president, information technology and operations for InterArt/Sunrise Publications (now a division of Hallmark), as well as various management positions with General Motors Corp. She has also taught management information technology as an adjunct professor at the Kelley School of Business, Indianapolis University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
Winter earned her bachelor’s degree in industrial administration from the General Motors Institute (now Kettering Institute), and her master’s degree in interdisciplinary engineering from Purdue University.
