Former Administrative Assistant Colette Broestler, left, was promoted to External Affairs Associate.

GLENS FALLS, NY.- The Hyde Collection announced the promotion of three staff members, Colette Broestler, Kayla Ditlefsen, and Keri Dudek.

"We're proud to offer new growth opportunities to our talented staff," said Director Erin Coe. "We want our team to grow and learn, while ensuring the absolute best experience for our visitors and members."

Colette Broestler, who has served as administrative assistant for the past two years, is the new External Affairs Associate. In this role, she will manage the Museum's donor database system and support department activities including membership, cultivation, and special events. Working under Director of External Affairs Tawn Malison, Colette will provide support for development goals and marketing strategies.

Kayla Ditlefsen has been hired as administrative assistant after a year as Visitor Services associate. Kayla will provide general office support, including monitoring and maintaining the phone system, and will lead the Visitor Services staff.

"We are thrilled to be able to offer Colette and Kayla these opportunities," Malison said. "They have shown their dedication to the Museum, and their skills will help the External Affairs department continue to build relationships and strengthen The Hyde's stellar reputation."

Keri Dudek has worked as part-time educator since October. She will move into a full-time position beginning Monday, July 10. Keri works with Museum Educator Jenny Hutchinson to develop curriculum for The Hyde's educational programs, and leads children's activities including Tours for Tots, ARTfull Afternoons, and workshops.

"We are so fortunate to have an educator with Keri's passion and capabilities," Hutchinson said. "She has great experience with performance, technology, reading, and STEAM programming, which are really important to The Hyde's mission, and — perhaps most importantly — the children adore her."
