DALLAS, TX.- An Hermès 30cm Matte Gris Cendre Himalayan Nilo Crocodile Birkin Bag, in pristine condition, sold for $112,500, taking top-lot honors in Heritage Auctions' fall Luxury Accessories Auction Sept. 26-27 in Beverly Hills. The auction realized $1,211,258 million on demand for top-condition Hermès Birkin bags and limited edition rarities.

A pristine Hermès 30cm Shiny Bourgogne Birkin Bag with Gold Hardware. R Square, 2014 — done in Shiny Bourgogne Niloticus Crocodile — sold for $50,000 as did an Hermès 35cm Shiny Ficelle Porosus Crocodile Birkin Bag with Gold Hardware.

An extraordinary Hermès 35cm Matte Gris Elephant Alligator Birkin Bag with Palladium Hardware sold for $40,000 and a limited edition Hermès 40cm Alezan Veau Doblis Suede & Mouton Shearling Kelly Bag with Palladium Hardware, 2012, sold for $37,500.

Done in Shiny Vert Emerald Alligator leather, an Hermès 35cm Shiny Birkin Bag with Palladium Hardware, D Square, 2000, ended at $35,000. An Hermès 32cm Shiny Ficelle Alligator Sellier Kelly Bag with Gold Hardware saw interest from six bidders who pushed the auction price to $27,500. An Hermès 32cm Shiny Etrusque Alligator Retourne Kelly Bag with Gold Hardware, U Circle, 1991, sold for $25,000.

A stunning Black Veau Doblis Suede and Pleated Satin Hermès 20cm Sellier Kelly Bag with Gold Hardware sold for $22,500.

A Custom One-of-a-Kind Forest Green Crocodile Princess Diana Bag with Diamond Heart Clasp Handset in 18K Yellow Gold Hardware, accented with 3.22 carats of diamonds, sold for $17,500. Luxury accessories designer to Hollywood, celebrities, and royalty, Lana Marks, one of Princess Diana's closest friends, exclusively produced the forest green Princess Diana handbag for the auction with all proceeds earmarked for the American Red Cross, to benefit children relocated to shelters after major disasters.

Additional highlights include, but are not limited to:

· A bright, Hermès Special Order Horseshoe 30cm Jaune d'Or & Iris Epsom Leather Birkin Bag with Gold Hardware realized $15,000.

· An Hermès Limited Edition 30cm Etain & Graphite Clemence Leather and Gris Fonce Nilo Lizard Club Birkin Bag with Permabrass Hardware, the interior done in Graphite Chevre Leather, realized: $15,000.

· A circa 1950s Hermès Shiny Black Crocodile Sac Mallette Bag with Gold Hardware generated spirited bidding to end at $13,750.

· A 2014 Hermes 35cm Plomb Clemence Leather Birkin Bag with Gold Hardware, in pristine condition, sold for $12,500.
