PARIS.- The Automobiles sur Les Champs sale is always a highly anticipated event for collectors’ car enthusiasts. Over the course of a weekend, the most beautiful avenue in the world is transformed into a backdrop for cars from a different era, attracting crowds and inspiring dreams.

For the 14th edition of this sale, taking place on 4 November at 17.00, some 70 vehicles will come under the hammer of Maître Hervé Poulain. Starring in this autumnal sale will be an exceptional 1937 BMW 328 Roadster and the private collection of a Facel Vega enthusiast.

1937 BMW 328 #85105
Estimate : 550 000 - 750 000 €
This outstanding BMW 328 Roadster was sold new in Düsseldorf in July 1937. Offered with full history recorded in extensive period documentation, the car raced in Germany during the 1950s. Still equipped with its original, matching numbers body, the car is fresh from a full, high quality restoration.

1972 Porsche 911 2.4S
Estimate : 150 000 - 200 000 €
This Porsche 911 2.4S meets all the criteria for a very special automobile: matching numbers, matching colours and the rare sunroof option. What makes this car exceptional is that it is being offered by its only owner who has owned the car from new !

Collection belonging to a Facel Vega enthusiast

1962 Facel II

Estimate : 180 000 – 280 000 €
One of just 183 examples built, the automobile on offer was delivered new in Italy, with a manual gearbox. The car has recently benefitted from restoration work costing over 30 000€, and is presented in superb condition.

1961 Facel HK500 (HK1)
Estimate : 90 000 – 130 000 €
In beautifully conserved condition, this Facel Vega HK500 is one of 227 examples built. The model presented is an unusual version featuring disc brakes.

Estimate : 35 000 – 50 000 €
