SAN FRANCISCO, CA.- Turner Auctions + Appraisals will present Estate Jewelry & More, offering fine and costume jewelry. Featuring over 185 lots from multiple collectors and estates, the sale offers antique, vintage and contemporary jewelry, mostly for ladies, including rings, earrings, necklaces, chains, bracelets, pendants, brooches, watches, and more. Most are crafted of gold or sterling silver, gem-set with embellishments such as white or colored diamonds, opal, coral, jade, sapphire, amethyst, turquoise, rose quartz, lapis, malachite, tanzanite, and other semiprecious stones.

Other lots offer Southwest-style and Mexican silver jewelry. Highlights of the sale include several Matl necklaces by noted Mexico City jewelry designer Matilde Poulat or her nephew, Ricardo Salas.

There are also many groupings of costume jewelry and other wearables – including necklaces, bracelets, pins, rings, crosses, Hawaiian shell headdresses, Hawaiian and Filipino leis and necklaces, pocket and wrist watches, watch fobs, and gentlemen’s accessories. In addition, the sale includes beaded purses, pens, paperweights, daguerreotype portraits, and more.

Turner Auctions + Appraisals begins its online auction on Sunday, December 9, at 10:30 am PST; sale items are available for preview and bidding now. The online auction will be featured live on four platforms: LiveAuctioneers, Invaluable, Bidsquare and Turner Auctions + Appraisals’ free mobile app, which can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Apps ("Turner Auctions"). Lot 23: Antique diamond and synthetic sapphire filigree bracelet. Circa 1915, set in 14k white gold and platinum; set with 7 round brilliant-cut diamonds weighing in total approx. 0.55ct.; weighing approx. 14.3g; length: 6 1/2 in.; width: 3/8 in. Estimate: $550-750.

Lot 24: Edwardian diamond and platinum ring. Set with 13 European-cut diamonds weighing in total an estimated: 0.55ct; weighing approx. 4.4 grams; size: 4 1/2. Estimate: $400-600.

Lot 33: Victorian Etruscan Revival diamond, lapis, 18k gold brooch. One Europeancut diamond weight; approx. 0.07ct.; gross weight approx. 8.6 grams; diameter: 1 in. (repair evident, pin catch not gold). Estimate: $200-300.

Lot 70: Ricardo Salas for MATL Mexico, coral & turquoise necklace. Hand inscribed MATL Mex 925 MS-12; length: 17 in. (damage/ breaks to turquoise, overall wear and surface scratches indicative of age, use and polishing). Estimate: $500-700.

Lot 87: Three Hawaiian shell necklace/headpieces. Composed of small colored shells, two conical, one sharp; pink, purple, white and yellow colors; diameters: 8-9 in., with thickness, 3/4-1 in. (expected light wear and minor losses/breaks). Estimate: $150-250.

Lot 60: Colored diamond, diamond and sterling silver set. Comprising a necklace and ring; set with brown, irradiated blue, and near colorless round brilliant and princess-cut diamonds; estimated total diamond weight: 1.50cts; pendant length: 1 in.; chain length; 17-19 in., adjustable; ring size: 7. Estimate: $300-500.

Lot 102: Omega stainless steel and gold-tone ladies watch. With 18k gold bracelet strap; gross weight of gold approximately: 35 grams; with papers. Estimate: $600-800.

Lot 144: Diamond and sterling silver bracelet and ring. Set with princess, round brilliant and single-cut diamonds; estimated total diamond weight: 2.10cts; length: 7 in.; size; 7. Estimate: $400-600.

Lot 182: Large Murano glass bird. Size: 19 inches in height. Estimate: $300-400.

Lot 68: Matilde Poulat (MATL) Mexican necklace & bracelet set. Turquoise and silver; hand inscribed: Matl Mex 925; gross weight approximately: 141.3 grams; necklace length: 16 1/2 in; bracelet: 7 1/4 in. (damage/breaks to turquoise, overall wear and surface scratches indicative of age, use and polishing). Estimate: $1,000-1,500.

Lot 4: Pair of colored diamond and diamond earrings. In sterling silver; set with irradiated blue and near colorless single-cut diamonds weighing in total an estimated: 3.65cts.; length: 1 3/4 in. Estimate: $500-700.
