NEW YORK, NY.- Dominique Lévy and Brett Gorvy announced today that Sharis Alexandrian has joined Lévy Gorvy in the role of Senior Director.

Based in London, Alexandrian will support Lévy Gorvy’s global efforts by developing exhibitions and managing the gallery’s participation in art fairs worldwide. Her extensive experience in the international art market will enrich Lévy Gorvy’s comprehensive art advisory services and play a critical role in continuing to expand the company’s engagement with museums, artists, and collectors in Europe, Asia, and the United States.

Alexandrian comes to Lévy Gorvy with two decades of experience in the arts, most recently through seven years as a Director at White Cube. Substantially expanding White Cube’s market into Europe and beyond, Alexandrian developed sales and key client relationships in France, Benelux, and Italy, and most recently in Israel and the Levant. She also was sales liaison for several prominent gallery artists and spearheaded White Cube’s successful participation at FIAC. She currently serves as a member of the TEFAF Modern and Contemporary Selection Committee.

After receiving a degree in Political Science from LAU, Alexandrian earned her Master’s in Arts Administration from Boston University. Having worked in Boston, Venice, Paris, and London, she brings to Lévy Gorvy a unique international perspective and diverse industry experience honed during five years at Christie’s France and subsequent positions at Galerie Jérôme de Noirmont and Florence de Botton Fine Arts.

“Brett and I are delighted Sharis has chosen Lévy Gorvy as her new professional home,” says Dominique Lévy. “Her commitment to the arts and loyalty to her clients is impressive and echoes the core values of the gallery. Her international perspective and enthusiasm for the increasingly global nature of our business, will make her a wonderful addition to our team.”
