A royal family Rolex watch Sells for over $300,000

LOS ANGELES, CA.- Kruse GWS Auctions, the world renowned auction house known for its record-breaking sales has sold a one-of-a-kind Rolex 32.00ctw VVS1-VVS2 E-F Diamond and 18K Yellow Gold watch custom made for a Royal Family for $307,500. The auction took place Saturday, June 15, 2019 in Los Angeles. The sale of the Rolex watch was one of the many outstanding outcomes of this weekend’s auction featuring fine jewelry, Vietnamese royal family artifacts, iconic fashion designer accessories and master timepieces. The magnificent timepiece was custom made by Rolex for a member of the royal family and is of museum quality. It was encrusted with approximately 32.00ctw genuine diamonds and features a pave diamond dial surrounded by a bezel lined with baguette cut diamonds, which also line the center of the bracelet around the entire length of the piece. The watch was finished with round cut diamonds lining the outer perimeter the entire way around the piece finishing the piece flawlessly.

Other highlights of the Royal Artifacts, Fine Jewelry and Timepieces auction at Kruse GWS Auctions this past Saturday included a Vietnamese Emperor Khai Din Imperial Office carved natural red Carnelian Dragon Censer which sold for $8,600; an Audemars Piguet 3.00ctw VS1-VS2/F-G Diamond and solid 18K Yellow Gold one-of-a-kind Skeleton Vintage Belt Clip Watch which sold for $86,100; a Hermes Rare 25cm Birkin Bag in Blue Lin Togo Leather Palladium hardware w/clochette, lock and keys, raincoat, dust bag, literature and tag and box which sold for $12,300; a 78.00ctw VS2-SI1/G-H Diamond & Solid 18K White Gold Cocktail Necklace and Earrings suite which sold for $79,950; a Ming Dynasty power blue Yuhuchunping Vase with Koi Fish Motif from a Vietnamese Royal Family sold for $8,600; a 8.00ctw VVS1-VVS2/J-K Brilliant round cut Diamond and Solid 18K White Gold stud earrings which sold for $64,575 and an Empire of Iran 1971 Iranian Pahlavi (9) Solid 90% Gold Coin proof set in box with papers sold for $18,450.
