NEW YORK, NY.- Paddle8 announces the hiring of Valentine Uhovski as the brand’s new Head of Partnerships, Marketing & Social Media. Previously Uhovski served as Head of Fashion, Culture and Events at Tumblr. Uhovski will lead the existing roster partnerships and expand a program of collaborations, extending to luxury brands and guest curators. He will oversee Paddle8’s tentpole events as well as expand community outreach and collaboration from a global perspective.

As Tumblr’s Head of Fashion, Culture, and Events, Uhovski served as a leader for growth of the platform's largest verticals. He was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 list in Art & Style category for his work at Tumblr. During his tenure at Tumblr, Uhovski worked with brands including Calvin Klein, Dior, Tom Ford, Chanel, and Burberry and helped Carine Roitfeld launch her new digital magazine on Tumblr. He also worked with numerous artists and cultural institutions including Mickalene Thomas, Derrick Adams, Marina Abramović, Marilyn Minter, The Guggenheim, The Brooklyn Museum, The Whitney Museum of American Art, and Los Angeles County Museum of Art among many others.
