MADRID, SPAIN.- The Museo Reina Sofia presents Daniel V醶quez D韆z. 1882-1969, through January 10, 2005. Daniel V醶quez D韆z (Nerva, Huelva, 1882 - Madrid, 1969) is a key figure of 20th century Spanish artistic culture and a major reference for many of the artists who, between the 1920s and the 1970s, defended an alliance between tradition and modernity in Spanish art. This anthological exhibition aims, in the light of new historiographical models, to recover his true historico-artistic dimension.
