JACKSON HOLE, WY.- Jackson Hole Fine Art Fair announced its first edition on September 12-15, 2019 at the Snow King Sports and Events Center (100 E Snow King Ave). JHFAF brings more than 45 national exhibitors to the region, representing some of the nation’s most sought-after artistic talent. JHFAF is excited to contribute to Jackson Hole’s already vibrant arts community, bringing along new audiences, collectors, artists and exhibitors.

JHFAF is hosted concurrently with the 35th year of the Jackson Hole Fall Arts Festival, an event that has helped turn the town into a premiere art destination in the West. Inspired by Jackson Hole’s dynamic and collaborative cultural community, JHFAF is working with local charities, museums and companies to create special events and programming. Notably, JHFAF is honored to partner with the award-winning National Museum of Wildlife Art on several initiatives including the Harvest Moon Art Benefit. The benefit will be hosted at JHFAF on Saturday, September 14th with the goal to raise funds for the museum.

Rick Friedman, Executive Director of ShowHamptons, says, “We are proud to be able to present this inaugural edition of Jackson Hole Fine Art Fair. Our exhibitors will be showcasing important works that range across genres, providing visitors an opportunity to explore Western, Native American Art and Wildlife Art alongside modern and contemporary artists such as Maynard Dixon, Andy Warhol, Ed Mell and Ed Ruscha. We're excited to be able to connect the fair's artists, exhibitors and audiences with the local community of Jackson Hole!”

As an effort to encourage variety of the works exhibited at JHFAF, visitors will not find any solo artist presentations. Art will range in genre, style, medium and price. Exhibitors at JHFAF were chosen for their ability to bring works that fit the artistic aesthetics of the Jackson Hole community. As the fair continues to add additional exhibitors to its roster, select highlights of participating galleries include Addison Rowe Fine Art, Diehl Gallery, Imago Galleries, Mark Sublette Medicine Man Gallery, Maxwell Alexander Gallery, Redfern Gallery and Tayloe Piggett Gallery.

Located at the base of the magnificent Teton Mountains, Jackson Hole is a town with a history of groundbreaking firsts and an emerging art scene. Widely known as a resort destination and a retreat for outdoor enthusiasts, Jackson Hole is a one of a kind location to host an art fair. With this in mind, JHFAF provides collectors and exhibitors with a compelling place to engage with contemporary art. JHFAF is thrilled to have the opportunity to contribute to the community by bringing this inaugural fair to town.
