NEW YORK, NY.- In collaboration with The Keystone, Christie’s will present Christie’s Watches Online: The Keystone Collection, taking place from July 30 to August 13, 2019. The online sale will include over 200 watches that exemplify the highest quality of watchmaking and manufacturers. Featured highlights include a rare Patek Philippe ref. 725 perpetual calendar pocket watch signed Tiffany & Co., a Rolex ref. 16758 GMT-Master ‘SARU’, and an A. Lange & Sohne, limited edition pink gold Lange 1 tourbillon. The offering includes a mix of modern and vintage watches across all price points.

The Keystone is a Beverly Hills based company focused on bringing customers unique timepieces, intriguing stories and an unparalleled experience in engaging with and acquiring vintage watches. Founded by Justin Gruenberg and Max Abbott, The Keystone is known for presenting a diverse selection of covetable vintage timepieces across a range of price points. Collaborating with Christie’s for the first time on a dedicated online sale, the 200 lots offered were curated in conversation between The Keystone founders and Christie’s Watch specialists to present a diverse array of covetable pieces ranging from vintage Patek and Rolex, to independent watchmakers such as Enicar and Universal Geneve, spanning sport, with an emphasis on diving, military, and dress watches.

Justin Gruenberg, co-founder of The Keystone, comments, “This is an extremely exciting opportunity for The Keystone to collaborate with Christie’s Watch department and their market leading online platform. The pieces included in this sale were chosen in dialogue with Christie’s to offer a curated selection of timepieces appropriate for today’s market. With a range of price points, we are delighted to present this carefully chosen online sale that will appeal to both seasoned collectors and new buyers alike.”

The Christie’s Watches Online: The Keystone Collection (July 30 to August 13, 2019) will tour to Christie’s Los Angeles for a highlights preview from July 25 to 31 and the full collection offered for sale will be exhibited at Christie’s 20 Rockefeller Center Galleries from July 25 to August 5.
