Develop your artistic skills using lightpad

Art is a common factor that can be found from ancient times, and things have changed drastically over the centuries. You can find artistic drawings on the mountain walls in Africa that are dated 10,000 years ago. If you move the number of years downwards, you will find the methods drastically improving over the centuries. We are in 2020, where technology is taking over the world to another dimension of possibilities.

What is Lightpad?
Don’t you want to make good use of the technology to bring your artistic skills at maximum level? Lightpad is a handy equipment to have around you for an accurate outcome. The lightpad originated from lightbox, and designed it for professional photographers. The lightpad intended for the artist who wants to look at things clearer. The name came from light and pad because it is indeed a combination of the light that placed on the pad. You can create a DIY project that would save you tons of money, but that’s up to you.

1. Tracing
Whether you are an artist ort architect, you need a lightpad that comes in handy to find the outline of the picture. One cannot learn without practising, and this piece of technology is convenient for further development of tracing skills. Grab a piece of tracing paper and place the picture on the surface of the lightpad and start working on discovering abilities.

2. Equal Lightning
As an artist, I would not tolerate, if I am getting different light impact on the counterparts. The technology allows it to spread the light rays across the pad, so you get equal lighting impact and focus on what’s important. However, you have to keep in mind to purchase an LED solution that has 2000 - 3000 lumens and colour temperature of 6000K - 9000K. Users have the option to customize the brightness depending on the LED solution added to the cart. After all, you need to ensure that the light rays are going through two thick papers.

3. Cheaper Solution
Innovative solutions come at a cost that not everyone can afford to own one. Fortunately, I don’t consider lightpad an expensive solution because it is affordable in terms of pricing. Customers who are budget-tight condition can afford to buy one as lightpads replacement parts aren’t expensive after all. Finding a high-quality LED bulb & laminate sheets is one search away, and costs lesser than you can imagine. You can change the colours of the LED bulbs using Wi-Fi technology, which is another innovative add-on.

4. Minimal Setup
Owing a piece of technology requires space in the room, and it is not easy to find dedicated space for anything new. Fortunately, you, as an artist, have the choice to purchase lightpad from 210 x 310 mm to 254 x 305 mm. Overall; you don’t need to make up dedicated space for the lightpad as it is compact.

Bottom Line
Lightpad is a compact model for artists that come at an affordable price. You have the choice to select a maximum brightness of 14000 lumens and 9000K colour temperature. You can find useful YouTube tutorials on DIY projects. Let us know what you think about Lightpad in the comment section below.
