| Car Bomb Explodes Near Arco 2005 Site |

MADRID, SPAIN.- A car bomb with between 20 and 30 kilos of explosives exploded outside the ARCO Art Fair in Madrid. The bomb went off at 9.30 am this Wednesday morning. Forty-two people were injured. Just a few hours before the bomb exploded, a member of the ETA group phoned to warn about the explosion. Yesterday night King Juan Carlos of Spain inaugurated the fair as scheduled.
