With the rapid development of global technology and the experience of Generation Z with the virtual world, he explores the spiritual values of visual perception in the digital age and interconnected culture in our everyday lives. Art lovers can choose from a range of six editions, each work arrives signed and numbered in an edition of 50. The vivid composition of a colorful abstract pattern is believed to represent: Dream, Hope, Strength, Confidence, Joy, and Love. One of the highlighted pieces Koncrete Kandy was in honor of Wish Children and specially created by the artist to support Make-A-Wish Hong Kong during the coronavirus pandemic.
Talking about Make-A-Wish, Ian Williams said Koncrete Kandy was painted especially for Wish Children. The work is both a celebration of my love of painting, and a symbolic arrangement of forms. I wanted to convey a sense of nurturing, protection, and elevation. The painting shows some larger forms surrounding smaller forms, which represents those who can help surrounding children less fortunate.
