YouTube Growth: How to Gain More Subscribers on YouTube

Owning a YouTube channel does not seem as easy as it sounds. Putting in the effort to grow your channel organically, by engaging users, promoting your channel and videos on other social media is time consuming and a lot of work.

But there are ways to make it easier on yourself. Here are 6 tips to make it easier for you to gain more subscribers on your channel and connect better with your subscribers.

Publish long videos

Make sure you have long videos. Your video must be at least 10 minutes long to make a solid impact on people. YouTube algorithm typically recommends videos to users that are above 10 minutes long. If your video hits the 10-minute mark, only then should you even consider uploading.

Moreover, in 10 minutes your subscribers and viewers get enough time to engage with you and form a connection. This will ultimately benefit your channel by giving them the chance to connect with you more personally and thereby subscribe to you.

Promote videos in your end screen

If you are not seeing views turning into subscribers or followers on other social media, then you must do something about it. Usually, people like a video based on the thumbnail and the title.

However, this does get your video a view by being attractive. But, if you promote another video towards the end of your video, it will drive more traffic towards other videos on your channel, increasing the views you get, dramatically.

For example, if your video is about editing a video on Final Cut Pro, towards the end of the video you can say, “If you liked this video, do check out the video of Final cut pro Basics on my channel. The link will be in the “i” icon and the description below.” This will drive more traffic to your channel and you will get more views on your channel. This will also increase the number of subscribers on your channel as they are interested in what else you have to share with them.

Focus on quality, not quantity

You must focus on the quality of the video you are putting out there, instead of the number of videos. While people will tell you to upload consistently or even one video every week, if not two, it is important to remember that you can take your time.

There is no need to rush an upload just to get a video out there. As you will see, the video might not turn out how you usually want it to be. It is hurried and seems like you did not care enough to put in the effort.

People do not like these types of videos and it will reflect in your statistics. Maybe your videos have views, but if you notice more than half those views would not have converted into subscribers.

This is when you pause, reflect on what the vision of your channel is and figure out the type of videos that you want to upload.

Make sure that you are satisfied with the video first and are happy to put it out there. Moreover, listen to your viewers. They will tell you the type of content you want. Maybe they are not vocal about it, but the statistics don’t lie.

Your video needs to do something for them like to be entertaining, provide them with information or just be relatable even. The moment you put in effort into making your videos, you will see an increase in the viewers and subscribers.

Promote videos on your other social media pages as well

Uploading your video on YouTube does not imply that your work is done. You need to promote it on all other social media as well. Use Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and even Discord or Reddit to promote your video.

It is important to make it creative. You can use your thumbnail to make it more interesting and post it on your social media. Text your contacts the link and even ask them to upload it on their social media accounts as well.

This will help bring new subscribers and viewers to your channel as well. Social media is amazing at reaching different corners of the world and bringing new people to your channel. Now, you are ready to create your community of content loving subscribers.

Make Your channel look attractive:

Take out the time to make your channel look interactive and representative of you. Make a beautiful banner that shows people what content you put on your channel. Also, make a tagline that stands out and is unique to your channel.

It is proved that people are more likely to subscribe or follow you if there are pictures of you as they can connect to an actual person instead of a page and a bunch of words. Make it personal and extremely you. This extra step will make it very worth that effort you put in.

Buy more Youtube Subscribers

Don’t have the patience to wait to grow your channel organically? Or do you just want to give your channel a boost? This is when you should consider buying subscribers. This way others know that there is something in your channel that is worth checking out.

Just a small investment will give your channel the much-needed boost. You can find the best sites to buy YouTube subscribers everywhere. Do not worry about any penalisations as these are real-time users, so YouTube will not be able to identify

Conclusion:

Growing your channel is hard. You are probably fed up of trying to grow your account. However, it is these small steps that make your views and subscribers grow.

Make sure you follow all these steps to gain more subscribers and views, to grow your YouTube channel.
