CORNWALL, UK.-An Adolf Hitler watercolor was sold at auction for £5,200 at Jefferys in Lostwithiel, Cornwall. The work features a German postman painted in 1924. According to auctions manager Ian Morris the signed watercolor by Hitler was acquired by a private buyer from Lostwithiel. It was sold by an art collector from Torpoint. The work was originally purchased from Otto Gunsche, Adolf Hitler’s personal adjutant. Hitler left many sketches and doodles that are now part of several museum collections. The work measures 7 inches by 6 inches.
