BOSTON, MASS.- In a tribute to one of America's most iconic leaders, RR Auction is showcasing a remarkable collection of John F. Kennedy memorabilia this May, coinciding with the anniversary of his birth. Featuring nearly 800 lots, this exceptional auction not only highlights President Kennedy's storied life and legacy but also includes rare artifacts from other historical figures.

Highlights of Kennedy-Related Material:

• The Remarkable Kennedys Book: This one-of-a-kind book, signed by 11 family members, includes Joseph P. Kennedy, President John F. Kennedy, and his wife Jacqueline, Robert F. Kennedy, and Ted Kennedy, among others. This first edition, published in 1960, offers a unique glimpse into the Kennedy legacy.

• John F. Kennedy's Inaugural Cake Knife: A historic Reed & Barton sterling silver cake knife used by President Kennedy to slice the inaugural cake at the 1961 ball at the Mayflower Hotel. • The Peace Corps Act Page Signed by JFK: This signed page from the pioneering Peace Corps legislation, presented to Bill Moyers, marks one of Kennedy's most impactful acts. It has been in the possession of the Moyers family since its signing in 1961.

Historic Records and Reports

The auction includes rare and uncut teletype reports on President Kennedy's assassination, offering a raw and unfiltered view of one of the most dramatic days in American history through an original AP teletype roll and Dow Jones ticker tape.

Rare Artifacts and Documents

Additional highlights feature:

• George Washington's Slavery Document: This significant two-page document details transactions involving slaves as collateral, providing profound insight into the complexities of historical figures.

• Samuel Clemens Handwritten Letter: This extensive thirteen-page Christmastime letter, on both sides, was written by Clemens to his wife Livy. It offers a glimpse into his personal and professional anxieties during a financially tumultuous period.

• Oliver Cromwell's Autograph Letter: A document concerning the marriage of his son during the tumultuous period of the English Civil War, showcasing Cromwell's personal life against the backdrop of national upheaval.

• Marie Antoinette Signed Miniature Book: A rare collection of hand-painted devotional miniatures signed by the daughters of Maria Theresa, including Marie Antoinette, bound in late 19th-century calf.

• King Henry VIII Signed Document: A 1514 pay order from Henry VIII for costs incurred during the English occupation of Tournai, providing historical insight into his reign and the financial operations of his court.

• Walt Disney's Signed Mickey Mouse Sketch: This vintage original sketch by Walt Disney captures the enduring charm of Mickey Mouse during Disney's 1935 European tour.
