LAGUNA BEACH, CALIF.- Laguna Art Museum announced it has been awarded a $3,000 grant from the esteemed Festival of Arts (FOA) Foundation. This generous funding will support the museum’s thirteenth annual Art + Nature Family Festival Block Party, a vibrant, all-day celebration of creativity and environmental appreciation featuring hands-on activities and educational experiences for all ages.

“We are incredibly grateful to the Festival of Arts Foundation for this meaningful support,” said Julie Perlin Lee, Executive Director of Laguna Art Museum. “This funding will help us offer families a memorable and impactful way to explore the powerful relationship between art and nature in our community.”

The FOA Foundation has long supported Laguna Art Museum’s educational programming, from sponsoring Art + Nature and LAM’s Imagination Celebration to underwriting field trip transportation, teaching artist fees and art supplies. With a shared commitment to arts education, both organizations continue to shape Laguna Beach’s cultural legacy, which spans more than a century.

This year’s Art + Nature Family Festival kicks off with a Family Festival Block Party on November 9. The festival will take place at both the museum and Main Beach Cobblestones, where guests can experience this year’s inspiring outdoor installation through docent-guided tours.

The Family Festival Block Party includes complimentary museum admission, hands-on art workshops, nature and science-based programs, educational stations and guided tours. Attendees will enjoy opportunities to engage with Laguna’s coastal beauty while discovering the connections between creative expression and the natural environment.
