NEW YORK, NY.- Christie's announced Post-War to Present, a live auction taking place 30 September at Christie's Rockefeller Center. The sale features an array of artworks from the most highly coveted names of the post-war era including Joan Mitchell, Alexander Calder, Alice Neel, Frank Stella, Sam Gilliam, Jack Whitten and more. The sale is rounded out with exemplary objects offering fresh perspectives on figuration and abstraction through a contemporary lens by artists including George Condo, Matthew Wong, Ernst Yohji Jaeger and Yu Nishimura.

We are particularly honored to showcase fantastic offerings from esteemed collectors from around the world, including an exquisite Joan Mitchell canvas from 1964 leading the sale, hailing from the collection of Vivian Fusillo, a legendary figure in the world of theatre.
