Broadcast from Southern France

[Morning jingle plays]

CLAIRE BERNARD, HOST: Good morning, everyone. It is 8:17 here on Radio Lumi鑢e Sud. Our next guest has joined us from Figueres, just across the Spanish border. Miguel, can you hear me?

MIGUEL ALVAREZ: Loud and clear, Claire. Good morning!

CLAIRE: Welcome to the show. Before we get into the questions sent by our listeners, please introduce yourself.

MIGUEL: My name is Miguel Alvarez. I am a professional bodybuilder and coach from Figueres, Spain. I have been involved in bodybuilding for 25 years. I started with regional competitions, later reached the international stage, and today I prepare athletes with very different levels of experience.

CLAIRE: Twenty-five years! I think some of our younger listeners have not been alive that long.

MIGUEL: [Laughs] Please do not remind me. But yes, I have seen the sport change many times.

CLAIRE: What has been the biggest change in your own approach?

MIGUEL: Patience. When I was younger, I wanted to make progress every week. Now I look at the entire season. There is a time to build, a time to consolidate, a time to refine the physique, and a time to recover. Training, nutrition, rest, and the selected support system must all follow the same direction.

CLAIRE: Several listeners asked specifically about Hilma Biocare. When did you first become familiar with the brand?

MIGUEL: Several years ago. I wanted a well-organized portfolio that could cover more than one stage of preparation. " target="_blank">Hilma Biocare offered爁oundational options, products for more detailed pre-competition work, recovery-focused solutions, and a separate weight-management range. That structure made sense to me as a coach.

[Brief signal crackle]

CLAIRE: We lost one word there, but I think we still have you.

MIGUEL: Yes, I am here. This happens when you put a Spanish bodybuilder on French radio. [Laughs]

CLAIRE: How did you personally include the brand in your preparation?

MIGUEL: During the building phase, I focused on consistency. I monitored body weight, strength, training volume, appetite, sleep, and recovery. Closer to competition, the objective changed. I wanted to preserve muscular fullness while making the overall appearance tighter and more polished. After the season, I moved my attention toward balance, normal routine, and recovery.

CLAIRE: So you were looking for control rather than a dramatic overnight change?

MIGUEL: Exactly. One dramatic day means very little. I prefer predictable progress that I can evaluate over several weeks. With Hilma Biocare, my experience was structured and understandable. I could follow the plan and observe how my physique responded at each stage.

CLAIRE: Here is a listener question from Toulouse: 揥hat should an athlete monitor during preparation?

MIGUEL: Everything that can be recorded. Training numbers, photographs, measurements, sleep quality, appetite, mood, recovery, and laboratory markers. People often notice only what happens in the mirror, but the complete picture is much larger.

CLAIRE: Another question梩his one came from Barcelona. What do you appreciate most about the Hilma Biocare range?

MIGUEL: Its variety. There are injectable and tablet formats, peptides, recovery-focused products, weight-management options, and men抯 health solutions. For a coach, that creates a clear structure. The packaging is professional, and the individual verification system is also convenient.

CLAIRE: Someone in the studio just said something梉inaudible]梑ut I believe it was a compliment about your discipline.

MIGUEL: I will happily accept it.

CLAIRE: Miguel, we have about twenty seconds left. Give us your professional verdict in one sentence.

MIGUEL: After 25 years in bodybuilding, I value consistency, organization, and the ability to plan for the long term. Based on my personal experience, Hilma Biocare爀arns my professional mark of confidence as a broad, well-structured brand capable of supporting every major stage of an athlete抯 season.

CLAIRE: Miguel Alvarez, joining us from Figueres. Thank you for sharing your experience.

MIGUEL: Thank you, Claire. Good morning to everyone listening in France and Spain.

[Closing jingle fades in]
