London Business School Invites Allan Majotra to be a Sloan Fellow



BOCA RATON, FL AND MADRID, SPAIN.- PicassoMio.com and PicassoMio Galleries announced that its founder, Allan Majotra, has been invited by London Business School , the world leading business school (Financial Times, 2007) as one of the 50 Sloan Fellows in Europe during 2007-2008. London Business School, MIT and Stanford University invite approximately 150 individuals each year as Sloan Fellows, training them to be global leaders.

Thirty-five-year-old American-Spanish gallerist Allan Majotra is the founder of PicassoMio.com, the world’s leading art gallery, with offices in Spain and the U.S, clients in 50 countries and representing artists in 100 countries. In 1999, he was appointed as a Vice President and Director, Investment Banking group at the Union Bank of California , in Los Angeles , at the age of 27.

“This is a great opportunity for me personally and tremendous acknowledgement for PicassoMio.com, due to the recognition being offered by Europe ’s leading institution,” said Allan Majotra. “It also an affirmation for the art sector that an institution like LBS is accepting one of us in its echelons.”

Allan Majotra will continue to be involved with PicassoMio.com and PicassoMio Galleries as the non-executive chairman, while Ana Perez will take over as Director – Spain & Latin America, Katherine Kelleher as Director – US , UK and International, and Margaret Buchanan as Director – Design , France and Germany.
