NAPLES.- Stunning black-and-white photographs by renowned Everglades photographer Clyde Butcher and sculptures by Marco Island resident Robert Frettolso are on display through December 11 at Physicians Regional Medical Center-Pine Ridge as part of an ongoing series of exhibitions presented by the Naples Art Association. The artwork on display at the medical center helps create a therapeutic and healing environment for patients, visitors and staff.

The exhibition, sponsored by Physicians Regional, is open at 6101 Pine Ridge Road in Naples Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Butcher is noted for his black-and-white photography of beautiful natural scenes, including the Florida Everglades. Butcher attributes his photography to the death of his son and his ability to heal through connection with nature. Butcher's works on display include Escalante River Canyon #2, Snake River, and Grand Tetons National Park 3. Robert Frettolso's pieces include Conception and Broken Past. Frettolosobegins each new work by selecting a stone with contrasting marble layers.

The artwork is for sale, and 10 percent of the proceeds benefit Physicians Regional Medical Center.
