NEW YORK.- Eli Wilner, founder of Eli Wilner & Company, will be appearing on The Martha Stewart Show on Monday, November 17th at 11:00am EST on NBC. Martha will be interviewing Eli about the reframing of The Metropolitan Museum's monumental painting, Washington Crossing the Delaware by Emanuel Leutze.

Eli Wilner & Company is the world’s largest resource for antique American and European frames. As a specialist in period framing for over 30 years, Eli Wilner has worked with the White House, museums and auction houses such as Sotheby’s and Christie’s. With a collection of over 3,000 American and European frames, Eli Wilner & Company has framed the paintings of Renoir, Monet, Picasso, Sargent, Eakins, Church, Bierstadt, Hartley, and O’Keeffe.

The frame being created for Washington Crossing the Delaware by Emanuel Leutze will have an approximate opening size of 10 x 19 feet and is entirely carved and gilded. The frame is surmounted by an elaborate construction twelve feet across with an eagle at the center surrounded by flags, spears, a banner and other regalia, and all four corners have a large shield decoration.
