LONDON.- The unveiling of this lost Chagall masterpiece adds unexpected drama to a long planned exhibition of some 40 masterworks from the Museum collection as the launch of
Ben Uri's 2010 campaign to find and fund c20,000 sq feet in the heart of Central London where this important public collection belongs.
This exhibition brings these outstanding works together for the first time in Europe and illustrates the museum's distinguished past and exciting future.
The Museum's world class collection and national education, social health and artist development programs deserve to sit alongside London's great public galleries.
