LONDON.- Introducing
DX-London.com, a new digital platform for and about those at the leading edge of design. DX delves into the future of design and interiors, exploring the increasing influence that technology has on the way we work, live and play. DX showcases the best in interior products and spaces, lighting and furniture, new materials, processes and embedded technology.
DX-London.com offers a unique online space to explore a new design beauty, which is evolving through technological innovation and the requirements of sustainability for our residential, public and commercial interiors. It will present commentary, conversations and news from the design community, social media channels and across the web on the faces and forces shaping the future of design.
In a time of information overload, DX-London.com will make sense of this new movement through a rigorous editing policy, producing relevant and inspirational content appropriate to professionals that are commercially active in the interiors sector.
Published daily, DX-London.com is organised by three main editorial sections:
ARTICLES: Covering the people, products, projects and debates shaping the future of design
CONVERSATIONS: Gathering comment and commentary from across the web and social media into a single stream, and responding to real time concerns
CASE STUDIES: Easy-to-read, short articles, curated to draw out wider issues and design innovations. These constantly evolving case studies will take a subject deeper, without taking up time.
Designed by Neville Brodys Research Studios, DX-London.com also draws content from global design intelligence partners Stylus.com, to develop an editorial agenda for the future of interiors, design and technology.
Ian Rudge, Director of DX, says: Stimulating and commercially focused, DX London.com celebrates a new design movement driven by the dynamic convergence of art, architecture, technology, manufacturing and design, and will place emphasis on the real issues affecting these industries.
A unique new concept, DX culminates in a live show, which takes place for the first time at EXCEL London from 19-21 May 2013.
