An award winning cast of iconic stars made this springs Hollywood Legends auction event full of extraordinary bidding from around the globe, bringing in bids above estimates on many of the items. When the final gavel was put down, the auction raised over $2.5 million.
Highlights included the much anticipated 1986 DH Pontiac Firebird 2-Door Hatchback KITT Car owned by David Hasselhoff selling for $152,600. Never one to disappoint, a 1952 Marilyn Monroe Photoplay Award sold for $100,000 while the pair of rhinestone earrings she wore to the premiere of The Rose Tattoo in 1955 sold for $185,000. Marilyn Monroes Ceil Chapman cocktail dress sold for $37,500.
