NEW YORK, NY.- Daniel Canogar is looking for participants to get involved in his latest public project. Organized by the Times Square Alliance, this project will be shot in Duffy Square, at 46th St and Broadway. He will stage a free 4-day live event from July 24-27 in which participants will be asked to crawl over a giant green screen surface while being filmed by an overhead camera.

Using methods of public intervention and video installation, Storming Times Square is born from a desire to have viewers project themselves, literally and metaphorically, onto their immediate environments. This public art project is Daniel Canogar's largest to date in NYC. Arts enthusiasts are invited to contribute work that captures New York's uniquely vibrant, diverse and expressive culture.
