NEW YORK, NY.- Christie’s will celebrate the spirit of the season with a special Andy Warhol @ Christie’s: Warhol-iday auction available exclusively at www.Christies.com/Warhol<. The online-only sale is comprised of 100 lots of the Pop art master’s work that capture holiday merriment in prints, photographs, and drawings at starting bids from $800.

“This collection of holiday-inspired works illustrates Warhol’s jovial celebration of the season,” said Amelia Manderscheid, Head of eCommerce for Post-War & Contemporary Art at Christie’s. “Our Warhol @ Christie’s sale delights for the holidays by introducing art that brings a pop of cheerfulness to traditional holiday décor and serves as the perfect gift for the Pop culture and art enthusiast.”

The online-only sale will remain open for competitive bids through Friday, December 12.

All sales in the Andy Warhol @ Christie’s series—including live auctions, online-only auctions, and private sales — are drawn from the collection of The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, with proceeds benefitting the Foundation’s grant-making programs.
