ArtHamptons announces fair highlights for the 8th edition opening July 2nd
The fair will be held on private intimate estate grounds in Bridgehampton from July 3-5, 2015.



NEW YORK, NY.- ArtHamptons announced the highlights for its 8th edition, opening with its VIP First Look this Thursday, July 2nd. This year marks the first time the original fine art fair of the Hamptons will occur over the exceptionally popular July Fourth weekend, offering Hamptonites and weekend visitors a unique holiday experience. From expert panel discussions on art investing, to gourmet BBQ in the outdoor cafe and numerous charity events, attendees can expect a luxurious and engaging experience, without sacrificing the traditional festivities of the Fourth of July. The fair will be held on private intimate estate grounds in Bridgehampton from July 3-5, 2015.

Exhibitor Highlights
BFA Fine Art of Bridgehampton, NY (Booth #203) will exhibit a large collection of Alex Katz originals at the fair. Katz is an American artist with work spanning decades. Having shown in nearly 700 shows and an international art career that dates back to 1951, Katz has made a lasting impression on the artworld. BFA Fine Art’s modern and contemporary collection is considered cutting-edge and has attracted investors and collectors from across the globe.

June Kelly Gallery of New York, NY (Booth #201) will present Stan Brodsky-The Journey of Color: A Fifty Year Retrospective. The exhibition features Stan Brodsky’s work over the past 50 years, curated by gallery founder June Kelly who is a member of the Board of Trustees at Pratt Institute and the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown. June Kelly Gallery boasts membership to Art Dealers Association of America and has been written about in multiple major international publications.

Castle Fitzjohns Gallery of New York, NY (Booth #204) will present David Datuna’s Viewpionts of Billions, 2014, in the front of the fair. The artist is the subject of a recent documentary appearing in film festivals across the nation entitled, Datuna: Portrait of America.

New to ArtHamptons This Year:
Cc Projects of Berlin, Germany (Booth #217) is a subdivision of Circle Culture Gallery based in both Berlin and Hamburg, Germany. Cc Projects focuses on discovering and supporting new Urban Contemporary art and culture and will be showing pieces by Anneliese Schrenk, Maya Hayuk, Eric Freeman, Katrin Fridriks.

Gallery M of Denver, CO (Booth #301) is noted for its photojournalism, fashion and social documentation. The gallery specializes in fine art from the 20th & 21st centuries and represents artists including Georgia O-Keeffe, Margaret Bourke-White, and collections from Associated Archive/Pulitzer Prize and LIFE. Gallery M has worked with prominent families such as Mydans and Renoir as well as notable collection and collectors.

Rele Gallery of Lagos, Onikan, Nigeria (Booth #315) established in February 2015 with the mission of delivering high-quality contemporary art to the public as well as developing an international audience for contemporary African art. Prior to the formation of the gallery the team used art salons and installations to promote greater engagement with African art in Africa and around the world since. The gallery represents artists including Kayode Adegbola, Joe Amenechi, Victor Ehikhamenor, Osione Itegboje, Zainabu Jallo, Tunde Kelani, Tayo Quaye, and ASIKO.

Sensei Gallery of New York, NY (Booth #107) will be featuring paintings by Hector Leonardi.

Sim Smith Gallery London, UK (Booth #210) represents a small carefully selected group of artists from London, including Tim Garwood, Carla Groppi, and Jonathan McCree. The gallery has made an impact on a global scale by supplementing its own shows and gaining greater recognition for its international collaborations and partnerships with artists including Donna Ruff and Bradley Wood.

Tafeta of London, UK (Booth #315) is a by-appointment gallery that specializes in 20th and 21st century African Art and represents artists including Yinka Shonibare, Ben Enwonwu, Uche Okpa-Iroha, and George Osodi.

AXIOM of Santa Monica, CA (Booth #308 & #309) will show a solo presentation of Bruce Makowsky in booth #309.
