NORTH BEACH, FL.- Terra announces a first look into Renzo Piano's awe-inspiring project, Eighty Seven Park located at 8701 Collins Avenue in North Beach, FL. Through the windows of an Info Pavilion made entirely out of glass and surrounded by nature, Eighty Seven Park invites individuals to discover the Pritzker Prize-winning architect's newest project.
Eighty Seven Park is a private, luxury beachfront condominium designed to seamlessly embrace the adjacent 35-acre park and ocean in North Beach. The landmark building will bring together architecture, design and the natural landscape. With 70 apartments floating atop two lush parks, Eighty Seven Park infuses Central Park living into North Beach for the first time ever -- creating a botanical sanctuary, with uninterrupted ocean views.
At 1000 sq. ft., the Info Pavilion is located directly across from the building site, and will be open seven days a week by-appointment-only.
Upon arrival, there is a poetic opening, a trellis leads to the entrance of the Info Pavilion where guests can see the natural beauty inside, before even opening the glass doors. With exclusive architectural models designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop on-site and a curated display of books, guests will be able to walk throughout the space and immerse themselves into the world of Renzo Piano and other renowned architects, West 8 Urban Design & Landscape Architecture, Rena Dumas Architecture Intérieure, and more.
"The inspiration behind the Info Pavilion is about discovery and will give guests a glimpse into the world of an Eighty Seven Park resident and the exclusive experiences that come with it," said Nasir Kassamali, Design Consultant for Eighty Seven Park. ³From the state-of-the-art landscaping to the materiality, the breadth of the area and the abundance of natural light the Info Pavilion will be a sneak peek of what's to come."
The vision for Eighty Seven Park is to create a coastal sanctuary that enhances the green space in the area of North Shore Park in the City of Miami Beach, by extending the green area to 87th Terrace at the northern limit of the project site. This design approach will add significant value to the Park, to the surrounding neighborhood and to the City of Miami Beach, creating uninterrupted views over the park towards South Beach.
"We want to engage and bring purposeful living not only to the buyers of Eighty Seven Park, but to the North Beach community as a whole," says David Martin, Founder and President of Terra. "Improving the North Shore Park for all of North Beach and creating an environment that enhances the neighborhood is Terra¹s first priority."
Developed in close collaboration with the Renzo Piano Building Workshop, RDAI in Paris, and West 8 in Rotterdam, Eighty Seven Park blurs the line between imagination and craftsmanship. Located on the edge of parkland and Atlantic Ocean, Eighty Seven Park is at the northern city limit of Miami Beach close to Bal Harbour shopping, Surfside and Miami's most exclusive district, Indian Creek. Eighty Seven Park marks the gateway to Miami Beach to the south and all that is beyond to the north, creating a physical and visual gateway, positioning the building as a beacon on Miami Beach.
