NEW YORK, NY.- artnet Auctions announces an exciting opportunity to collect photographs by Pop Art icon Andy Warhol. Warhol’s photographic diary spanned a variety of subjects—ranging from everyday objects to landscapes—but his best-known shots remain those that showcase his star-studded social scene. Andy’s A-List: Warhol Photographs will offer 30 photographs of the artist’s inner circle of celebrity friends, including Yoko Ono, David Hockney, Jane Fonda, Grace Jones, Mick and Bianca Jagger, Truman Capote, Bette Midler, John Travolta, and Karl Lagerfeld, to name a few.

Andy’s A-List: Warhol Photographs will be live for bidding April 25 through May 4 on artnet Auctions. The sale can be viewed at http://www.artnet.com/auctions.

Corresponding with the sale is a special exhibition of photographs by Andy Warhol at artnet’s New York City office. On view April 22 through May 4, this show features 50 photographs by the icon and is available for viewing by appointment only at artnet's headquarters in the Woolworth Building at 233 Broadway, 26th Floor, New York, NY.
